The heritage Bundt pan makes a show-stopping spiral Bundt cake. The heritage Bundt pan is part of Nordic Ware’s Platinum Collection. The range of heavy cast aluminium bakeware gets consistent rave reviews for their even cooking and easy release properties. A recipe is included on the cardboard sleeve for instant Bundt inspiration! The pan holds up to 2.36 litres of cake mixture, and makes a cake 24.5cm in diameter and 8.5cm high. Before and after each use, hand wash the Bundt pan with warm soapy water. Before pouring in your cake mixture, grease the inside of the pan and dust with sifted flour, fine semolina or cocoa powder to aid release. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning products, as these will compromise the non-stick properties of the Bundt pan.
